In this nurturing space, we focus on rebalancing hormones using therapeutic oils and hot oil compresses, helping the body and mind return to a state of harmony. We gently address physical misalignments in the hips and shoulders, often caused by the demands of pregnancy and breastfeeding, easing tension and restoring balance. For those recovering from a caesarean birth, we offer specialised massage and guided movement to aid in scar healing and mobility. Most importantly, we provide a safe and sacred environment for mothers to decompress, release, and begin their journey of renewal and restoration.
