    This profound healing sequence was designed by the Holistic Rising Founder María. This transformative practice encompasses the body holistically, bringing together a wholesome healing experience.

    The modalities — including core and pelvic floor activation, Hatha flow, Yin, meditation, Breathwork, Qigong, self-healing and community integration — form an intentional movement system that works through the body and energetic field systematically.

    The original five-week rotational energetic foundation remains intact — now expressed through the updated class structure — working through the body physically, emotionally and energetically. Each week focuses on a specific element, paired with a corresponding meridian and a target body region, creating a layered and intentional journey through the Five Holistic Principles designed by the Holistic Rising movement team.
